Entry is open to residents of Australia only.

Employees of The Purist Company and their immediate families cannot enter.

The competition commences on 25th June 2010 00.00 (AEST) and concludes on 31st August 2010 23.59 (AEST).

To enter, participants are required to provide their child’s name in the photograph, the photographers name and day time contact number and a photograph of their child with the A’kin pureBaby Softening Body Wash & Shampoo product.

Submissions must be digital, but files from scanned photographs are permitted. Entries are only open via email and must be sent to natalie@purist.com. The image size must be less than 1mb. Submissions must include photographers name and day time contact number. Incomplete entries will be ineligible. The image can include up to 3 children in the photograph.

There is a limit of one image per person for the duration of the competition.

A winning photograph will be chosen once the competition is closed. The winner will be notified on 1st September 2010 by The Purist Company after judging has taken place. The winner will be announced on The Purist Company website.

Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The gift voucher is not valid with any other offer. The gift voucher does not include shipping cost. The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash. No change will be given on unused voucher amount.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The total value of the mooo prize is $270.00 and is correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. The Purist Company takes no responsibility for any variations in item values.

All images submitted remain the property of the photographer and The Purist Company claims no rights other than the ability to display the winning image on The Purist Company website.

The Purist Company will take no responsibility for the prize damaged in transit.
